I had a great experience with Quicken! Super easy.

I had a bunch of people calling me from different places and I got so frustrated that I didnt even care if I refinanced or not. But then I got an email from Quicken a few days later so I decided to give them a shot and the guy Matt was so nice and easy to talk to. I had already even shopped rates and fees and Quicken still came in lower. I must have called at least 4 different companies who couldn’t beat them and I felt like they didnt care about what I was looking for. The other companies barely listened to what I said.

At Quicken my banker Matt who was very patient and took the time to advise me about when to lock in my interest rate. Matt even showed me different options and we ended up choosing a 30 year fixed mortgage.

I got to sign my application online and they had the appraisal done in like a day. I closed pretty fast too, I think it was less than 3 weeks after I decided to work with Quicken. And I closed at my house on a Saturday which was very convenient for my schedule.

I’ve been warned about brokers and stuff but Matt was super nice and explained everything I needed to know. I even told my neighbor about Matt so hopefully they will call Quicken to. I really wish I would have called there when I bought my house.

Looking on here made me kinda nervous to call Quicken Loans so thats why Im back to say how much I liked it. Check them out, it was so easy for me to refinance this time. i will never work with anyone else now!
